Suggested Friends (Platform friends)

For ease-of-access, we prefer to give players an interactable list of their Platform friends, as well as giving them an option to convert them to Hi-Rez friends. If a game is showing Platform friends and Hi-Rez friends, they must be kept in two separate lists.
